REFUND POLICY OF "CATE TOURS"
This trip has been put together by "Cate Tours"
who is not affiliated with any other group. All deposits are
non-refundable. Some of the trip expense may be refunded if cancellation
refunds from vendors are made to "Cate Tours". Any refund will
require a statement from a doctor showing your health was such that you could
not make the trip. Refund decisions are solely up to "Cate Tours" and
there is no obligation on their part to refund unless it is deemed by the owner
there is good cause.
There will be NO REFUNDS within ten days of a trip.
You may transfer your deposit/payments to someone else. To do so you must inform
"Cate Tours" ten days before the trip and you will be responsible for
handling all exchange of deposits and payments. "Cate Tours"
accepts no responsibility for collecting monies from others to whom you may be
selling you reservation.
We aren't wanting to keep your money just to get your money.
The only reason is to cover the expense of the trip which we would be required to
pay whether you go or not. If we can return your money for a legitimate
reason we will.
